That's what a lot of people would like to know.
"Vegas Val" is the webnomer of an anonymous Internet troll devoted to flaming anti-casino activists. Her (or his) speciality is tirelessly inciting others to take legal action against those who speak against a Middleboro casino.

As for your drivel about your children, I feel very sorry for them. It must be very embarrassing to live in the shadow of a giant "No Casino" sign and have a mother who is notorious for being a vicious blogger. Certainly, all the sexually suggestive innuendo you've posted about Mr. Bond (darling) must be very confusing to them. Instead of attending all those meetings and investing so much energy into blogging, maybe you should try spending more time with those kids your SO worried about?

Gee, why doesn't Mary Tufts just go down to the Police Station and say "Arrest me. I am a stalker. All the evidence you will need to prosecute me can be found on the blog I've dedicated to my latest victim." The real question is this - do I want to file a police report and have her arrested? It seems like it should be a no brainer, but this could be sticky for Val. I'm sure I'd have to reveal my identity in order to press charges. I'm going to have to think about this one a little...

Having had to report an ACTUAL threat, I'm trying to imagine that conversation she'd have with the officer at the front desk. The looks they'd give her as she explained the egregious offenses made against her. The chuckles as they bring up this web site and learn what it's all about.

If you were, you'd understand my post above - but you don't. Planning to cast a "spell" to protect yourself from yourself??? And Gladys from herself??? Fascinating. Let us all know how that works out for you. I see from your vivid description of your night terrors that your "spell" hasn't helped you too much, thus far.

I'm posting on a private chat forum that I'm a member of. Mary Tufts, who is NOT a member here (and has apparently been told she's unwelcome here) seems to be "spying" on the activities here and attempting to disrupt this peaceful forum. You don't have any right to know who I am. I have a legal right to privacy, which you are attempting to violate. If you think that Mary Tufts' behavior does not fall within the legal definition of stalking and harassment, I would suggest you research the law, Kim. Oh, and BTW, you've identified yourself on this forum as Kim Shea - which is why people have a right to use your name.
I would also like to point out the fact that there is a significant difference between someone using your name on a private chat forum (that you used to belong to) and what the CFO bloggers have done to private citizens. Postings to THIS site do not come up on google searches of people's names, so no one's reputation is "publicly" damaged. The same cannot be said of your blogs, dear. It's QUITE a legal distinction. But I'm, personally, not interested in suing. I have no damages, yet. BUT the people who have falsely been accused of "being me" - may very well have pretty substantial damages. I strongly encourage them to sue.
And here is another classic "Dim Kim" statement : "and all because your angry that we don't want a casino and are speaking up about it! " I think it's great that you are exercising your right to free speech in opposing the casino. You have every right to express your opinion. Pity you can't seem to stick to the issue, and continually resort to unrelated personal attacks. What you and yours DON'T have a right to do, is print LIBEL about people - like saying that they are crac dealers, or that they've taken bribes. You DON'T have a right to harass people and try to destroy their businesses! That is where I take issue with you. Oh, and BTW, Bright Light, I think you meant "you're angry" not "your angry"
